Your team enrols a reference photo per employee once. At the site, the daily photo is matched against it by AI — matches mark attendance, mismatches get flagged for review, and every mark carries its photo as a tamper-check record. Only their own site: agreed posts vs daily attendance per designation (with shortfalls in red and unreviewed marks labelled), their bills with live paid/pending status, outstanding dues, and their agreement — which they can e-sign and print. They can never see other clients or your internal data; this is enforced server-side, not just hidden in the interface.
